My item didn't dispense, will I be charged?
No. All our machines are fitted with sensors along the delivery compartment. If a product fails to dispense, your transaction is automatically cancelled. The pending charge will reverse or dissapear from your bank account within 1-2 business days.
My transaction won't go through.
Please check the card you are using has sufficient funds available as the payment system pre-authorises each transaction.
How frequently are the machines restocked?
As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on being responsive. We monitor stock levels live and visit your location as often as needed to ensure machines are always full and products are fresh.

What happens if a machine malfunctions?
We offer fast technical support for any issues. If an issue cannot be remotely repaired, our team will be onsite at the earliest opportunity.
